By accessing or using TaxidermistFinder ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What TaxidermistFinder Is

TaxidermistFinder is an online directory of taxidermy studios. We aggregate and display business information to help people find taxidermists. We are not a taxidermy service provider and are not party to any transactions between users and studios.

Listing Accuracy

Business information on TaxidermistFinder is sourced from public records, business submissions, and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Business hours, pricing, availability, and services are subject to change without notice.

Always verify directly with the studio before making any arrangements. TaxidermistFinder is not responsible for inaccurate listing information or any losses arising from reliance on such information.

Business Listings

If you submit or claim a business listing, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You are authorized to represent the business
• You will keep your listing information up to date
• You will not submit listings for businesses you do not own or represent

We reserve the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or is reported as inaccurate.

Review Guidelines

When submitting a review, you agree to:

• Only review studios you have actually used
• Provide honest, first-hand accounts
• Not post defamatory, false, or misleading content
• Not include personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• Not post reviews on behalf of a competitor or in exchange for payment

We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these guidelines. Submitting a false review may expose you to legal liability.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the Site's operation or servers
• Impersonate any business, person, or entity
• Submit spam listings or fake reviews
• Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages to businesses

Intellectual Property

The TaxidermistFinder name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary content without permission. Business listing data sourced from public records remains the property of the respective businesses.

By submitting content (reviews, listing details), you grant TaxidermistFinder a perpetual, non-exclusive license to display and use that content on the Site.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAXIDERMISTFINDER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY LISTING INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TaxidermistFinder harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate content.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
